The sanitiser chemical of choice for a spa is Bromine. This is because it works better at high water temperatures and is not so sensitive to the pH being out of balance. Spa No Foam is a hot tub chemical used to reduce the amount of foam when the air jets of the spa are used. Spa No Scale is the spa chemical used to stop the insides of the spa from scaling up in hard water area. Spa Cartridge Cleaner does just what it says on the tub – you dilute it in water and soak your spa’s paper filter cartridges in it overnight. It removes all the greasy, fatty substances from the filter. It is very important to test your spa so you know the levels of sanitiser in the water.
